Kimball basketball programs to host summer camps


The boys?Äô and girls?Äô basketball programs will once again be running basketball camps for students of all age levels this summer. Coach Jeremy Kuechle and coach Jay Klein will be in charge of the camps. Players will receive group instruction and individual instruction in all fundamental areas of the game of basketball. Shooting will be the main emphasis of the camp, but players will also improve their skills in ball handling, passing, rebounding, defense, etc. All students are encouraged to attend even if they have little or no previous experience.

Camp for this year?Äôs students (boys and girls) in kindergarten, first- and second-grade will be Monday, June 9, through Thursday, June 12, at Kimball Elementary School. The camp will run from 9-11 a.m.

Camp for this year?Äôs third-, fourth-, and fifth-grade students (boys and girls) will be Monday, June 9, through Thursday, June 12, at Kimball Area High School. The camp will run from 1-4 p.m.

Camp for this year?Äôs sixth- through 11th-grade boys will be Monday, June 16 through Thursday, June 19, at Kimball Area High School. The camp will run from
9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Camp for this year?Äôs sixth- through 11th-grade girls will be Monday, June 16 through Thursday, June 19, at Kimball High School. The camp will run from 1-4 p.m.
