Cubs’ court woes continue

The Kimball volleyball team lost a 3-0 shutout to Dassel-Cokato last Tuesday, Sept. 10. The Cubs then battled Royalton on Thursday and lost three straight to a very formidable Royals team.

Set scores were 25-21, 25-14, and 25-15. “We started out competing and had good energy. Unfortunately, in sets two and three, our unforced errors and lack of aggressiveness were problematic,” said Coach Tabitha -Mortenson.

Set scores were 25-10, 25-7, and 25-15. “We are struggling to find our purpose when we play. Our serve/receive is a real struggle, so nothing else is coming together,” Coach Mortenson commented.
