Santa made his first local appearance Sunday, Dec. 1, at South Haven City Hall. Children could pose with Santa, and there were lots of craft activities for them too. There were plenty of volunteers from the Fairhaven Lions and South Haven Sportsman Club on hand to help out. There were hot dogs, cookies, hot chocolate and cider available as well, and donations were accepted for the local food shelf. Staff photo by Anton Matua.
