The last day of school before winter break is often kind of a loss – no one wants to work, or learn for that matter.

For years now, EV-W Elementary staff and administration have put on a variety show for the students. This year’s took place Friday morning, Dec. 21.

The array of talent played on for nearly two hours, including games of “Minute to Win It” and “Family Feud.” The program finished with a retelling of “Toy Story 4” that included principal Rob Pederson as Woody and superintendent Mark Messman as Santa. It’s always a fun time for students and staff alike.

The program ends with all staff (and a few of us odd adults) encircling students to sing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”
