Second-largest VEX robotics tournament in Minnesota

On Saturday, Jan. 11, Kimball Area High School will host the second-largest VEX robotics tournament in the state of Minnesota. We are expecting 120 teams in grades 4-12 from all over the state.

This event is free and open to the public. It is an incredible opportunity to watch nearly 800 focused and dedicated students learn and compete. These -students are our workforce of the future.

If you are interested, we have several volunteer opportunities for adults to help coordinate and guide these students through the day. Training is provided for those who wish to volunteer. If you are interested in helping out, or have any questions, please contact Kevin Kieke at (320) 293-2328. Or, if you are just interested in seeing what robotics is about, the competition starts at 9:30 a.m. at Kimball Area High School, 100 Hwy. 55 W., Kimball. We’d love to see you.
